The Department of Education (DepEd) highlighted its flagship programs under the Oplan Kalusugan sa DepEd (OKD) during the One Health Week celebration today in Tagaytay City.
The event, themed “OK sa DepEd ang Eskwelahang Healthy,” encouraged schools to broaden the scope of OKD’s well-being, welfare, and learner support initiatives.
A key moment of the event was the turnover of musical instruments from the Chinese Embassy, which will enhance students’ co-curricular activities.
DepEd officials were joined by Mr. Zhou Yong, Political Counselor of the People’s Republic of China, and Cavite Representatives Aniela Bianca Tolentino and Atty. Roy Loyola.
